Order Zoysia Riata seed to their specification and planted on a yard that was first tilled and properly prepared. Only small percentage of the seed sprouted.

When I called their office to talk with someone, I told the represenative my issue. He didn't ask me any details about how I had put the seed in or maintained it. Instead, he stated that it would be touch to prove, but I could send corporate an email. I asked to talk with someone directly since I had called in.

The represenative said that it is difficult to talk with the the corporate office during the business day. When I ask for the number, he said I had called it, but it is transfered to a satilite office.

Before I could say anything else he transferred me to a voice mail.

Bad seed, bad customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.
