Not resolved

When I ordered my sod, they gave me a delivery date of 3/4. They did not tell me that meant the night of 3/4.

I made sure to be available all day and rented a roller. I called to see if they had a time scheduled since they didn't bother to let me know ahead of time and they informed me it would be that evening. WTH?

Needless to say, I have to work the next day and cannot do the install overnight. I am pissed and they will do nothing to compensate me for my money and time lost.

Monetary Loss: $250.
